Wildlife Park

The Wildlife Park showcases the little known fact that Honduras is home to the world’s second largest rainforest canopy outside of the Amazon. The Preserve is home to colonies of monkeys, exotic birds, rainforest animals, and is used for release and observation of rehabilitated wild life. There are flowers and fauna found only in cloud forests and parts of the park never see daylight!

• Enjoy guided Canopy Tours to view the cloud forest from the air and see the rainforest wildlife in their natural habitat.
• See where we release and observe rehabilitated birds and animals from the Nature Park.
• Take guided Nature Trail Tours to experience the jungle that never sees daylight.
• Zip down and end your tour in the River Recreation Park for a refreshing swim and natural refreshments.
